bild_01 First came natural, then came organic and most recently we’ve lived through the heirloom and raw phases — but now Berlin can claim the first ever “climate neutral” restaurant in Germany, Foodorama (above). Not sure what “climate neutral” means exactly in a restaurant context? Neither do we. We can confirm that the restaurant uses only organic goods (natch!), regional ingredients (of course) and embraces all kinds of foodie freshness. The real news here is that it is all whipped together in thermally insulated rooms and the restaurant uses only renewable resources to power its kitchens, dining areas and groovy-green facade.
Sounds tasty — perhaps!
