Elliot Wilson, former editor of rap-read XXL is back in media-land — about to launch the new website RapRadar, which he says will be akin to a Huffington Post for the Hip-Hop arena. The move is both smart and risky. The on-line rap world already has newsie sites such as Allhiphop.com and SOHH.com. But Elliott comes armed with some pretty impressive supporters — namely wife Danyel Smith, editorial director of Vibe!
